No, walk-ins are always welcome and no appointment is ever needed. Just stop in at any of our six South Hills salons whenever it works for you.

Pennsylvania requires UV tanners to be at least 17 years old. Guests who are 17 need signed parental consent, and anyone who looks under 25 should bring a valid photo ID to verify age.

Our beds are organized into four tiers: Bronze (level 2), Silver (level 3), Gold (level 4) and Titanium (level 6), each with different technology and features. Visible improvements have been seen in as little as five sessions. Consistency is key. Not sure which level to choose? Ask our team, we are happy to help.

High-pressure beds like our Prestige and OpenSun units use more UVA and less UVB for a deep, long-lasting bronze with shorter, less frequent sessions.

Session times vary by bed and level, usually from a few minutes up to about 15. Staff set a time appropriate for your skin.

Yes. Protective eyewear is required in every UV session to protect your eyes, and we offer options in-store.

A sunless spray tan typically lasts 5 to 10 days. Moisturizing daily and avoiding long, hot soaks helps it last and fade evenly.

Yes. Sunless spray tanning is completely UV-free. The color comes from DHA reacting with the top layer of your skin, with no UV exposure.

Not with us. Our VersaSpa Pro and Norvell systems and trained staff deliver a natural, even glow with no orange and no streaks.

Shower, exfoliate and shave beforehand, then arrive with clean, dry skin and no lotion, deodorant or makeup. Wear loose, dark clothing. Products are available to help prep and maintain your perfect tan.

Research on photobiomodulation shows red and near-infrared light can support collagen and the look of skin tone and texture. Results build with consistent sessions over several weeks.

No, it is not UV. Red light therapy does not tan or damage the skin. It uses red and near-infrared wavelengths and is widely considered safe for regular use.

Most guests aim for 3 to 5 sessions a week to start, with visible changes over roughly 4 to 12 weeks. Membership lets you come as often as you like.

Rejuv full-body red light, POLY targeted red light, infrared sauna, HydroMassage, the Wellsystem Wave, and Fujimi massage chairs. Cold plunge is coming soon to our Robinson location.

No. HydroMassage is a dry-water massage lounger you lie back on while warm water jets work your back and legs. The Wellsystem Wave uses powerful water jets without direct contact with the water, plus integrated color, aroma and sound therapy.

An infrared sauna uses infrared heat to gently warm your body for a relaxing sweat, at lower air temperatures than a traditional sauna.

A membership includes unlimited tanning and recovery at all six salons. Bronze covers UV base tanning, and higher tiers add sunless spray, red light therapy and Titanium-level tanning. See our Memberships page for what each tier includes.

Yes. Unless otherwise specified, your membership will work at every location.

Membership terms are outlined in your agreement at sign-up. There is no long-term commitment, and you can freeze or cancel any time. Ask our team for the specific terms on your plan.

New local guests can tan free for a week. Visit any salon with a valid photo ID, or start your pass online from our homepage.

The free week is for new local residents, 18 and over, one time only, with valid identification.

Your free week lets you try our tanning so you can experience Sunsational Tan before you join. Ask staff which services are included at your salon.

Your membership is frozen for $5 a month. You can freeze online right here, and come in and unfreeze any time.

No. Billing does not stop, it is reduced to $5 a month while you are frozen.

No. While frozen your membership benefits are on hold, though you are still welcome to come in and buy a single tan. Unfreeze any time to start using your membership again at the same rate.

There is no fee to unfreeze. Just stop in to reactivate, and you will only pay for the prorated portion of the month you are going to use.

Freezing your membership requires one billing cycle of notice to take effect, and is $5 a month.

It can be used towards a bottle of lotion the day you unfreeze, or upgrades after that.

The freeze money is able to be used when the membership is unfrozen.

The $5 is automatically added to your account, so long as it drafts successfully on the first attempt. You do not need to do anything.

Just stop by any front desk and our team will take care of it. If you only need a break, ask about freezing instead.
